The Fountains Apartments is situated on the top floor of a highrise building overlooking the city centre and is also within walking distance of the Cape Town International Convention Centre.

The Fountains Suites are situated on the top four floors of the building. There are a total of 70 spacious suites, ranging from one-roomed bachelors to one, two or three bedroom suites.

Each fully serviced suite has a kitchen completely equipped with crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils. The living room is kitted out with a comfortable sofa, a television set and a dining table – making you feel as if you really are in a home away from home. To complete the feeling of pure luxury and pampering, a butler service can be arranged. Guests can opt for self catering, or take advantage of being a guest of a hotel; enjoying the offerings at the hotel bar, restaurant, terrace and gym.
