Situated on the top floor of the building overlooking the city centre and also within walking distance of the Cape Town International Convention Centre.

The Fountains Suites are situated on the top four floors. There are a total of 70 spacious suites, ranging from bachelor to 1, 2 or 3 bedrooms. Each fully serviced suite has a fully equipped kitchen with crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils. The living room comes equipped with a comfortable sofa, a TV and a dining table, a real home away from home. A butler service can be arranged to complement the feeling of pure luxury. The tastefully furnished suites have a balcony and are also equipped with individual climate control, wireless internet access, a mini bar, DSTV, tea and coffee making facilities, a hairdryer and a safety deposit box.

The Suites are ideal for medium term rentals for company executives, industry captains, people relocating to the city and shipping personnel on shore leave. Guests can opt for self catering, or take advantage of being part of a hotel with its bar, restaurant, terrace and gym. Meals can be ordered through room service to be brought up to the suites.
